Who Can Join?

Our postnatal sessions are suitable for:

  • Mothers 6 weeks post normal delivery (after doctor’s clearance)
  • Mothers 8–10 weeks post C-section (with medical approval)
  • Women experiencing postpartum issues like diastasis recti, pelvic floor weakness, back pain, or fatigue
  • Any new mother seeking a safe, guided path back to physical wellness
